Freedom of design has arrived.

Now you have the freedom of choice for your site design AND the same powerful lead management software.

Your brand doesn't fit the mold, and neither do we. We’re building a library of themes so you can choose your design and make your site stand out. There’s more on the way, but here’s the start of our first collection. We named it after some of our most trusted advisors and sources of inspiration, the BoomTown office dogs.

Theme #1: Willow

Named for the loyal floor warmer of Kristin, our original IDX manager and 4th employee, the Willow theme offers the same great IDX performance as all of our themes, and highlights your choice neighborhoods right on the homepage.

Theme #2: Scout

Named after Scout, the spitfire sidekick of our original success manager, Kelly, this pup has remained a loyal fixture as the team grew from a single person to double digits. Ever the explorer, the Scout theme sports a clickable map designed to showcase your listings and featured properties.

Theme #3: Hawkeye

This is our original theme and appropriately named after our co-founder, Cooper Bane's beloved companion. Hawkeye's proven track record of excellence sets the standards from which all other themes are created.

Features

Developed with the same design principles as your original site, the new themes still have the usability and responsive design your clients love.

FAQs

You can reach out to your Success Manager and let them know you are interested in changing themes. They will then coordinate the next steps for you. Your current color scheme, logos, pictures, etc. will automatically carry over to the new theme! If you’d like to change any of these features, the Support Team will handle those edits on a first-come-first-serve basis after your new theme is live.
The first change is free! If you choose to change again, after the initial theme change, there will be a $1000 cost to re-provision your site. If, however, you change to a new theme and wish to change back to your original theme, you may do this once, free of charge.
No, this work is handled by your Provisioning Team.
Multiple changes are discouraged since it really disrupts your user experience. If you want a change, but don’t see the perfect theme for your brand yet, remember that this is only the beginning of your options. We have more themes in development and plan to grow the library in the coming months. However, if you change to a new theme and wish to change back to the original theme, you may do this once, free of charge.
The themes are all about freedom of design choice and letting you enhance the virtual face of your brand. We stayed true to the features that we know work, like the power search bar, but we can’t make any concrete promises on conversion rates until we have customers using them.
We are building a library of themes, and these first two in the collection is just the start. We have some potential guest designers from across the industry, and exciting things in the works, but there isn’t a set number of themes or a schedule in place quite yet. Again, it’s all about freedom of design choice, so if you want a change, but don’t see a theme that you feel is perfect and would enhance your brand, don’t feel like you have to change now. Wait for one you love! You don’t want to disrupt your user experience by changing your site now and then again in a few months.
We respect your privacy, and each client contract prevents us from sharing each user’s information with others, which includes who is using what theme. And as much as we’d like some psychic abilities, we can’t predict which themes are going to be the most popular or when certain customers might make a change. Your decision and theme selection should be focused on which design best complements and represents your unique brand.
