BoomTown Core Value #4 – Spread Laughter and Have Fun

Last month we announced our 2012 Q1 Net Promoter Score. Up 8% from our 2011 year-end score, we scored an 82, which places us 36 percentage points above the 2012 computer software average of 46. To thank our clients for responding to our Survey, we entered them in a drawing to win an iPad from BoomTown! As one of our core values is “Spread some laughter and have fun” it's no surprise that our team at BoomTown doesn't just pick a random winner. Last year, we played a paint ball sudden death match to determine the winner. This year we took the action indoors and played a mad game of musical chairs to determine the winner. We used an online randomizer to pick out 25 survey respondent names. Then we placed those client names on BoomTowners who were all fighting for an extra vacation day. Check out the “friendly” competition that ensued.
