It's common knowledge in Real Estate that follow-up is crucial, persistence is key-I could go on and on. The trouble is getting caught in the whirlwind and not carving out time to consistently reach out and contact your leads. A great way to remedy this, and to add some fun and camaraderie to your office (read: coworkers, pizza, and beer), is to schedule a team call night. Call nights are a common best practice among many of BoomTown's most successful real estate teams and brokerages, and they get everyone together and focused on one goal: contacting leads. Set a goal for your team, provide some food and drinks, and let the fun begin.
