Tips and Tricks to Obtain and Maintain Listings Using BoomTown!

Here are some tips and tricks:

Obtaining the Listing:
A seller looks for an agent with a keen understanding of their region/niche, a professional website and office, and most importantly, the ability to connect leads to their property. Before going into a listing presentation, type in the property attributes of the house and the expected selling price, and have your search results ready. Explain to the seller that though many agents will show the “thousands of leads” they have, they can’t show exactly which leads are looking for the seller’s particular house. Using BoomTown’s Best-Fit Leads, however, you can show the seller your list of leads, with detailed, documented search criteria, and how at any moment you can send a bulk email, or call them individually.
