Do you offer market exclusivity?
We do not grant blanket exclusivity, however we do everything possible to ensure that all clients in a given market can receive enough leads to grow and sustain their team. We take this approach with our clients’ success in mind.
How long does it take to launch a BoomTown platform?
Typically 30 days. The timeframe varies depending on the collaboration between your team and ours to set up the system for your brokerage.
Is there a contract?
Yes, we are looking for 12-month partnerships with all of our clients.
What are your conversion rates?
The conversion ratio of leads to closed deals varies from client to client. The conversion rate is based on how effectively you use our accountability tools, agent performance and your local market conditions. On average we see a 2%-5% conversion rate for BoomTown clients.
